and Haryana. Chandigarh is the first planned
city in India. Chandigarh city is a top list of Indian States and Union
Territories. The name Chandigarh translates as "The Fort of Chandi".
The name is derived from temple called Chandi Mandir. There are 5 seasons in
Chandigarh namely Spring, Autumn, summer, Monsoon and Winter.
